Dr. Kasra Saremi-Rad

I am Dr. Kasra Saremi-Rad, your expert in digital dentistry.

We are specialists in minimally invasive dental implants with digital 3D planning and surgical guides.

As one of the leading practitioners of digital implantology in Austria (Vienna), I have relied exclusively on this highly precise, gentle method for many years - with thousands of successfully treated patients and regular advanced training at the highest international level.

I know exactly what most people are truly afraid of:

The traditional "drilling" into the jawbone, cutting into the gums with a scalpel, heavy bleeding, days of pain, swelling that cannot be hidden, weeks of eating only soft food, and the constant worry about whether the implant will actually hold and whether the crown will look aesthetically perfect.

Many people put off the treatment for months or even years, losing quality of life, self-confidence, and the joy of eating and laughing.

This is exactly what I solve for you - and noticeably differently:

Using modern digital 3D planning, I first create an exact virtual model of your jaw. Then I produce an individually 3D-printed surgical guide with which the implant is placed with millimetre precision and minimally invasively - usually without a large incision, without sutures, with hardly any bleeding, and almost no post-operative discomfort.

The position of the implant is planned from the very beginning so that the future crown fits perfectly, the chewing load is ideally distributed, and the implant remains maximally stable in the long term.

Upon request, we perform the entire procedure under gentle sedation (twilight sleep) - you barely notice anything and wake up relaxed.

The Result:

Minimal swelling or pain
Fast healing
Immediately loadable implants
Natural appearance and feel
High long-term stability

My great goal is for you to laugh freely again, bite heartily, and go through life full of self-confidence - without the constant fear of pain or whether the implant will hold.

I want dental implants to no longer be a major operation for you, but a short, relaxed appointment after which you can eat and smile almost normally on the same day.

Now it's your turn.

In just 30 minutes, we will show you based on your own 3D scan what your new smile can look like - completely without obligation (Note: please bring your e-card).

What are dental implants?

Dental implants are artificial tooth roots made of biocompatible titanium or ceramic that are firmly anchored in the jawbone. The new tooth – a crown, bridge or denture anchorage – is then attached to it. The result feels like your own tooth: you bite firmly, speak clearly and laugh without worry.

Unlike conventional bridges, no healthy neighbouring teeth need to be ground down, and the jawbone remains under load and is therefore preserved in the long term. At our practice in Josefstadt (Vienna 1080), we rely on guided implantology with digital 3D planning – for maximum precision with a minimal procedure.

Your path to a fixed tooth – in 4 steps

  1. Free initial consultation with 3D diagnostics: We take our time, listen to you and create a precise 3D scan of your jaw.
  2. Digital implant planning: The position, angle and depth of each implant are planned on the computer with millimetre precision – you see the result in advance.
  3. Minimally invasive procedure: Thanks to a surgical guide, usually without a scalpel or sutures, under local anaesthesia – often in just 20–40 minutes per implant.
  4. Restorations from our own laboratory: Your crown or bridge is made in our in-house dental laboratory – precisely fitted, fast and in close coordination.

What do dental implants cost in Vienna?

The cost of a dental implant depends on your initial situation: the number of implants, the available bone and the desired restoration. Blanket price quotes would not be serious – instead, after your free initial consultation with 3D diagnostics, you will receive a transparent cost plan that we stick to.

Frequently Asked Questions About Dental Implants

How does an implant treatment work?

After a detailed initial consultation with 3D diagnostics, we plan your implant digitally on the computer. The procedure itself is minimally invasive under local anaesthesia and often takes only 20 to 40 minutes per implant. After a healing phase of around three to six months, the final restoration from our in-house dental laboratory is fitted.

Does getting a dental implant hurt?

The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia and is usually painless. Thanks to digital 3D planning, the treatment is particularly gentle – many patients are fully back on their feet the very next day. We look after anxious patients with special care and empathy.

What do dental implants cost in Vienna?

The cost depends on your initial situation, the number of implants and the chosen restoration. After the 3D diagnostics, you will receive a transparent, binding cost plan with no hidden costs. The initial consultation at our practice in Vienna 1080 is free of charge and without obligation.

How long do dental implants last?

With good oral hygiene and regular professional teeth cleaning, implants can last for many years or even decades. Consistent aftercare and healthy gums are crucial – and we support you with our prophylaxis programme.

Am I a candidate for dental implants – even with little bone?

Dental implants are an option for most adults whose jaw growth is complete. Even with reduced bone volume, we can usually find a solution thanks to guided implantology and, if necessary, targeted bone augmentation. Whether implants are right for you is something we clarify together during the 3D diagnostics.
